Terrible customer service at Gautrain Centurion

I would like to start off by saying that I am absolutely embarrassed, frustrated and very angry at the treatment I received yesterday at the Centurion Gautrain Station.

When I got off and tried to swipe my card after having got on the train in Rosebank, it gave me an invalid card response. When I went to the counter I was told by Lee - Ann Jordaan that I had not swiped my card in Rosebank as it reflected that I last used it on a bus. So I asked her how that would be possible as this is the only way to get the glass doors open. She flippantly responded that she does not know and that they are trying to catch CRIMINALS and this is why my card will not let me through as I had made an illegal entrance.

Now I was literally being called a criminal and being told I have to sign a form and pay a fine of 400, and if I don't sign the form I would not be able to exit. This all happening in peak hour where I had one of your very rude employees tell me this in front of other passengers. I am absolutely disgusted that this is how customers get treated. I have been using the Gautrain for months and I certainly believe that as a customer I deserve better. Currently my card has a weekly
