I purchased a gold card at the Hatfield station but was not asked if I wanted to register my gold card, thus the beginning of the problem. After wards I purchased a 35 day pass at the Rodhesfield station. Once again no mention of registering my gold card. Now we come to were I am most unsatisfied, I went on to the Gautrain website in order to register my gold card without being informed by your staff that I can. After a few days I still have not received an email regarding the registration as your website said I would. I contacted Gautrain Client Care and I mention that I already have a cold card with which I bought a 35 day pass. I was informed that I can just go to the station with my ID and the card and it will be register the card, also that the remaining trips on the current gold card can be transferred. Getting to the station at Marlborro I was informed that I must buy a new gold card and that the trips cannot be transferred!!! Now by this time I got very upset, I asked the cashier/clerk for the contact details of the head office only to get the following very unprofesional response "You can go there or call them it won't help you". Really pathetic service
