Refund on lost card- no response from Gautrain

I loaded my Gautrain card on the Monday, 18th November 2013 with R2017 (for a months' trips) plus R300 for the bus rides. I used the same gold card on Monday to and fro and also Tuesday, on Wednesday I did not find the card and thought that I left it in my bag as I changed the bags in the morning (so on Wednesday I did not use it), Thursday morning I went to report the card as lost and I ask the sales consultant at Park Station what the procedure was if someone lost the gold card that was loaded with money. She said in such cases they refund the money and block the card. I was asked to submit bank statement and receipts as proof. I filled in the form and submitted the required documents on the 22nd November and was told it will take 7 working days to be refunded. i send a follow up emails on the 9th, 11th December called the customer service 3 times and the lady I spoke to Busi said someone will call me. Every time I call the customer service I am told that someone will call and no one bothers to call.

I am very frustrated because I want to know if Gautrain are going to refund me or not. Please help me get my money back. Gautrain customer service is very BAD and unreliable.
