Centurion Customer Service Exceptionally BAD!

I used the Gautrain from Centurion to Rosebank yesterday, leaving my vehicle at the Parking area. I returned this morning using the Hatfield to Centurion route. At Hatfield the gate read that I had an invalid RV- the customer services lady advised me that my funds were low. I proceeded to the re-loading machine and loaded a further R100-00. The gate then allowed me through. On reaching the Centurion station the card reader alerted me that my card was invalid and I was referred to the customer services. The lady took my card, looked on the system and came back to me stating that I used an "illegal" entry and "did you not slip through the gate at Hatfield? " I explained what happened and she insisted that I did not pay, but used an illegal entrance - the Gautrain system proved that. She was exceptionally rude and arrogant. A young gentleman stood beside me and politely asked her to finish assisting me as she was now ignoring me. She refused to give me her name. I cannot accept this bad service or behaviour and will be looking to take legal action for the humiliation I suffered at the station being told that I was dishonest through a gate.
