No Service from Compensation Commissione

I've registered a client for Compensation Commissioner on 18 February 2013.Since that day we still did not receive any registration number nor any feedback. We've tried to enquire about the delay, but either their telephones just keep on ringing and if the automatic answering service answer it keeps you on hold for hours and never put you through to a consultant. We've sent emails as well, but they never respond to it. You can they expect any citizen to do the right thing and stay compliant if this Department can't even do a simple registration? Even other government departments agree that the Compensation Commissioner does not do their work.
