Not very helpfull

After waiting 30mins in a q I was told the lady is goin on lunch I have 2 cum back in an hour... so I did that she then gave me attitude when I ask her why she made so long coz an hour has passed she came back 20mins later... they have no way ofspeaking 2 ppil... they dnt greed... say please or thnx you... I duno how they treat her family... my gosh she is a bitterpill
