Never EVER going back there again!!

I took my laptop in as I did not no what was wrong or why it had crashed, and 2 days later I called back to find out now what's going on, they said they could not give me an answer and did not know what was wrong with it, on the 3rd day I called again to find out what was happening but the guy that I had been dealing with was on lunch so I should call back in an hour. In an hour I called back again, and then I was told he is on lunch still, so I left it and called back another hour later and guess what... the guy was still on lunch, this was over 2.5 hours later already and the guy was still on lunch! So I left a message for him to call me back and later on he did call me back and then left me on hold for a few minutes just before telling me he cannot tell me when my laptop will be ready and that I should call again on Monday!!
I hope this company is hiring new staff because I'm seriously considering sending my cv... who wouldn't love a 3 hour lunch break EVERYDAY!!! Really really disgusted in the poor attitude and service.
