Spa day ruined

I received an email with specials available at the Krause Wiid Country Estate and Spa. There was a birthday special where you paid for 3 people for a half day special and you get the fourth person's treatments for free. We decided to take along our friend for her birthday. We were to receive an hour facial, an hour pedicure and half an hour back massage, with lunch and jacuzzi time i was told it would take between 4-5 hours. When we arrived at 9 the lady was friendly. She told us to change and then seemed to be busy with other clients - we couldn't really make what was happening so we jacuzzi'ed in the meantime. We finally figured that our treatments would start an hour after we arrived as the therapists were busy with other clients. THEN we realized there were only two therapists - there were 4 of us! We had tomhavebtreatments in a relay! This would mean that we would each sit around waiting for a minimum of 3, 5 hours - there is only so much jacuzzi'ing you can do. In the end we decided to each choose one of the hour long treatments (instead of 2) as we were SO bored from waiting around. This was such a disappointing day! Not what was advertised at all.
