Pizza Perfect
Over an hour waiting for my lunch

I called the store to order lunch at 11:24 am, knowing that it would take at least half an hour for my food to arrive. I gave the man on the phone my order - he had to caputure everything manually he told me (it seems their POS was down) Eventually at 12:20 I called the store back to ask when my food would arrive to be told maybe in 45mins!!! This is outrageous! I only ordered a lasagne - not like they make it fresh instore! I got past on to some guy who was like oh well we can get your order to you in like 30mins then.

Well no thanks Pizza Perfect! I guess I will just go hungry today! Never again.
