Traffic department watloo
By 11:00 this morning i was at watloo to renew my drivers licence. to my surprise they tell me they cutoff the line they will not give us forms. just after few minutes they start handing out form that gave me hope that i will be helped. i stayed on the line until 15:00 when they tell me to come tomorrow at 07:30 and the will be able to help me. which i will not be able to do cause my boss will not be able to give me another day.

to my understanding that's not 8 hour and the reason they close at 15:00 is because they have to cash in, but why cant they help us with other thing then we pay tomorrow.
At lunch they all go on break and this is a service i pay fo
