Complain regarding apollo light no 71

The apollo light in thaba nchu bulfontein no 2 has been off for over the past 4 months and I tried reporting it to centlc by writing emails and ever since the past 2 weeks I haven't heard any feed back from them and still the email that I sended them I have prove of it and I saved it on my phone as prove that the matter has been reported.

Our area is really really dark and the are people that climb buses in the early hrs and they are alsoafraid of going to the bus stop by themselfs as and rapist run after them every mornings and late @ night.

Am asking for this matter to be solved as no one is willing to help the community from the muncipality's site and before someone gets, stabbed or killed, and in that case it will be the muncipality's responsibility.

Burglary had been occuring @ shops since this light is being switched off.

So we get a story from the community that the globes of the light were removed from the light and were put to another light that had been off for 6 months by the centlec people, so idnt want to say its true or false I wasn't there when the whole thing happend.we just need the light to be ON that's all.
