Designation of Marriage Officer: LTP Hlangu

I wrote the Marrige Officer Designation Test in 2010, got 76% and had to rewrite to obtain 80%, which I did in 2011. Throughout 2012 I have been sent from post to pillar without being told what happened. I then requested that I be sent another test to write as it seems that I will wait forever. That is also taking ages. There is notrick i have not tried. Please advise. My BD Number is 44399
