No marriage registration

My fiancee and I approached Dion to act as marriage officer for our wedding in August 2013. Even though the process went well and he facilitated the ceremony he never registered our marriage with the department of home affairs. Now almost 5 months later we have to go there ourselves to register the marriage as he is not answering any calls, sms or e-mails. Such a pity as it taints the beautiful ceremony and joy we experienced getting married.
