Ive been waiting 3 years for a Marage certificate

I have applied for a marriage certificate for my grandfather to be able to apply for my ancestral citizenship in 2010 from the Department of home affairs and have been waiting for it for the past 3 years i have tried to contact the head of the department Mr Vusumuzi Mkhize as well as the Director General Mkuseli Apleni with no success. i have sent a number of emails and have had no reply on this matter at all. i an seriously considering taking this to the media and getting this out in the public and exposing how the Department of home affairs is no help what so ever and the people in charge should get replaced, because clearly they are not doing there jobs at all and are not interested in helping. i am yet to receive a mail or a call or anything from Home affairs.

i think that waiting 3 years for a marriage certificate is totally unacceptable and should be warning bells in the government.
