Ward 90 DA Councillor is ineffective

Ward 90 councillor in Craighall Johannesburg (Gordon Mackay) elected by the community is neglecting his responsibilities. Does not attend to complaints raised by concerned residents who are exposed to crime and vagrancy for their properties fronting onto the spruit in Craighall. DA will lose votes in the ward because of his lack of action. Vagrants are making a mess of the area and crime is a reality, pollution and breaking of bye-laws are a regular occurrence. Proprty values are being lowered. With an election coming up, is this the kind of "lack of service delivery"the DA will provide its electorate.? And the DA wants to win Gauteng... With this approach, I don't think so!
