Tshwane forget to bill customers for 1 month

Flippen Tshwane is so pathetic, firtly you just cant get through to 012-358 999, opt 4, opt 4 and then music, and then "your call is important to us (to WHO?) please hold on, and then all agents are busy hold on, music, and then all agents busy hold on for next agent to assist... and then GUESS??? HOLD ON FOR CUTTING YOUR CALL OFF!! this is going on for the whole morning untill I phone 012-358 8517 then for 2-3 times it is the same thing and then HALLELUJA the next time finally somebody answer. Then I must hear - sorry but we did not bill you for in between February and March for 28 days, but now we bill you for sommer 2x months and the first statement is for PAID DUE 4 APRIL 2013 and the 2nd one is for PAID DUE 10 April 2013 although I already have a "Signed Agreement with Tshwane to pay them off for my account in arrear" now they want me to pay the whole R5531.28 for Tshwane's mistake. Where do they think we must get the money from and they getting it for nothing and some of then for "pasella". This is un believable!!! 1
