No Service in Credit Control Dept Friday 31/1/14

Tshwane cut off electricity at 36B High street, Waterkloof - apparent short payment.

I called 3 times from my cell phone from Cape Town. First time I held on for /- 17 minutes.
Second time I was cut off after 20 minutes - I could hear people talking on the back ground.
Third time I held on for /-38 minutes. Cut off.
By this time it was 4 o'clock. No answer.

Only heard from customer care 8:38 on Monday morning.
