I want to compliment your excellent, professional and friendly employee Carl Webb. Carl went to great lengths to assist with the vehicle inspection. i am very impressed with the quality service I received at Telesure. This was my first time going to their offices in Century City, and everybody greeted me with a smile, and to my surprise, three man came towards me and offered their service. i was directed to Fatima"s office, who also was very helpful and professional when I made the booking for the assessment. Carl was by far the best, he advised me professionally and he was very friendly. i was very nervous when i walked in because this is my very first time having to claim from my insurance, but they were so accommodating and actually going the extra mile by accommodating me to do the assessment today the same day/morning i submitted my request to them. Wooow, i am very impressed and grateful for such excellent/ friendly/quality/fast service. Thank you so much.
