POLE CUT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE

Out electticity was cut off yesterday the 02nd October, without us receiving any notice.
We went and see mr. Van Heerden, we did record the conversation, he couldn't help us and we are not happy with the result at all. We have a child and meat in the fridge and all.
THis is not acceptable at all your urgent help wil be highly appreciated.
