My Electricity has been cut off since monday 09/12 and i have been trying to get through to the call centre number 080 1111 556, the machine keeps talking and no one picks up the phone, i have ran out of airtime on numerous occasions and still in the dark, i understand why the Electricity was cut off but i made a payment of R3500.00 on wednesday the 11th/12 and was supposed to have been re-connected but still in the dark, i need reconnection of my electricity asap as i cant take this anymore.
