We dont have electricity for days

We have reported that we do not have electricity on the 29.11.2013, the first electrician who came said the are bees and could not assist, the sec said the is a faulty cable, and the last person came on the 14.12.13 said its a meter problem, still today we do not have electricity. We tried to contact the call centre will no joy
