Faulty prepaid electricity machine

Hello Peter.

Yesterday morning (11 December 2013) I phoned City of Tshwane office to tell them that we are unable to load pre paid electricity units because the electricity pre paid machine is faulty. They gave me this reference number: 324/11. They said they will send a technician, they didn't. Today (12 December 2013) I called their office in the morning at 8:15 they told me that the matter has been refered to the prepaid division. Now its 19:20 we are still waiting for a technician. We don't have electricity and we have small children.
