Stinking attitude

I was @ the station trying to buy trips to town, as it was my second time using the bus.i asked for trips but with this bad attitude I was told by Sihle the cashier that he doesn't know what I was talking about then I asked if what I'm buying its not a trip so what it that I'm buying he still told me that there were n
o trips, but they are selling a distance. I asked for a R 100 distance but without any care or a failure to offer service he just punched the till, and I qaute, he said I think the card has a pin rite then I had to think that I have to now punch in the pin. And when I asked him his name he just greened at me as if I wa 1 of the annoying customers that he has to serve everyday.
