Poor Implementation of Card system

I bought the new card which will now be used in terms of paying for trips. I loaded the card with R100 . I use the Bramfontein bus. However, most of the time the tagging machines on the bus es are not working, therefore when I get to the station and the people working at the station require me to tag, I get charged a penalty of which I do not feel I should be paying for because YOUR machines in the buses are not working. This happened to me once and ever since then I have not been using my card because I am not about to be charged penalties because of your poorly operating machines. I lost out on a lot of money from my card and the drivers themselves seem unsympathetic and do not care, whilst the people at your stations really do not care and just require us to tag and get penalised. I had to now make an extra budget to buy tickets because i am not about to spend my transport money on these "penalties". PLEASE FIX YOUR MACHINES!!!
