Pre-Termination Notice: Ridiculous R114, 117.98 A/c

Hi!
I am a 74-y.o. pensioner, have lived in my house for 31 years, have always paid my municipal accounts. Since June 2013 I have been threatened with Pre-Termination of services for fictitious varying amounts of around R125, 000. Common sense says that one person could not have run up an account of R92, 000 in February, as claimed. I have written an objection every month, but have received no more than an automated acknowledgement of receipt. Ridiculous amounts of interest are added continually. I have continued paying R1500 per month so as to not to really get in arrears. I have now been given till 10 September to pay or face
(a) Discontinuation of services and/or (b) Legal action instituted against me with any notice.
