CIPC TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

To whom it may concern,
I have been following up on this now for the past 3-4 weeks and I am getting incredibly frustrated. I have transferred a total of R560 to CIPC from my ABSA account and NOTHING has been put into my CIPC account yet. I am disgusted at the absolute lack of service I have received and even though I have called CIPC numerous times to try and get this situation sorted out, nothing has been done.
Will someone please urgently assist me in this regard as I don't know what to do and if my money is not going to be transferred into my CIPC account, I want it to be transferred back to me as soon as possible. For goodness sake, how am I suppose to make any changes to any of my CIPC documents if the money I am transferring to CIPC is not being put into my CIPC account? This is ridiculous.
Please can someone just help me with this situation because this is completely unacceptable customer service. I have the proof of payments if required.
