City Of Johannesburg Municipality
Wrong billing

I am complainning about City of Johannesburg Municipality. They employ people to do accounts without any knowledge. I am having a house i bought staying with my family and had been paying water for about R700.00 per month, suprisingly i got a statement stating that my current bill is R3100.00 which is shocking. Was going to dispute it with them next week but today i am advised that they cut-off my water. Really what kind of a service is that? My kids are all going to school only the baby and the helper are in the house, so where is this bill coming from? I need someone to explain how this pathetic reading was obtained? Pref: Management
