Fantastic response time and professionalism!

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the City of Cape Town, I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to the pot hole/ ditch report that I made. I sent an sms on Friday (23 August 2013) to 31373 (the number where you can report pot hole problems for those who do not know) at 07:09 and at 07:40 I received a reply with a request for more information about the exact location, I responded to them and at 08:10 I was sent another sms thanking me for my report and supplying me with the service number. I did not make use of the road (R27 cnr Paaden Eiland) until the Monday morning (26th of August) and when I did the pothole had been fixed.

Thank you City of Cape Town, other municipalities could learn from you!
