Dear COJ,
Ive taken in the past year about 4 days off work trying to resolve my billing queires at your offices & its been a year and have not recieved a call from you. after my numerous visits & hours of queing i was reffered to the operational manager Mr nkwane who promised to resolve my issue very quickly. I had complained that my electricity meter is not functioning properly & he was going to send people the next day to come fix it. To this day nobody has come to check my meter. i then applied for a prepaid meter to be installed, Ive filled out that form 3 times & im still not on prepaid. Again Mr Nkwane promised to take care of it & nothing! the last time i went to the office they just told me to fill out a form and wait for somebody to contact me, nobody ever did! Please tell me what i need to do to get my meter fixed & what to do to get a prepaid meter installed. I cant believe that it takes a year to get a response from this office & when I call the call ceter I'm transferred and given number that dont work. The very same Mr nkwane even gave me his cell number to ensure me he would handle my issue but he never answers his phone. I pay m taxes & dont deserve such service!!
