What the h e c k??? I posted a query on your website over a week ago and nobody has bothered to send me a response or the courtesy of a phone call. If your website is designed to completely confuse and flumux users - yay - you have succeeded in that at least. Nowhere could I find a contact telephone number because clearly your little note posting of queries is not working. Your service is shocking. I spent R800 on prepaid electricity almost 3 months ago - my query was whether I could get a full refund of this amount as Joburg Water had accidently sliced my electricity cable when repairing a bust pipe outside my house. COJ has since connected me directly to the main power supply and directly bypassed my prepaid meter (COJ ref: 2142442879) saying that a new prepaid meter was on order (why I need a new one is a mystery to forever remain unsolved..) Anyway my situation is such that now I'm sitting with a R800 voucher for a meter which is not operational. Could somebody PLEASE come back to me with some feedback. Before the end of 2013 would be good.
