Bad service and unresolved issue

Dear Sirs,

This is my second email requesting assistance after making numerous calls to the following phone numbers (011) 4907484 and (011) 4907808 where the call either does not get answered or the person picks the phone up and drops the call.

It's been 3 days where I have been trying to get assistance on someone being deployed to attend to my faulty prepaid meter. The following calls have been logged onto your system and have either been closed or left open without resolution:

- CPWEB206307

On Tuesday night at 19:00 I received a call when the technicians wanted to come out at 20:00 to resolve the problem after waiting 2 whole days. I was unable to meet at the time as I was not on site. I had made arrangements with the technician to come out yesterday between 09:00 - 10:00 and no one came through despite making a commitment. I have made numerous calls and yet no feedback.

In principle the entire prepaid initiative is great, however if not properly supported causes it to fail. The technology in place to monitor calls logged is excellent, however if not timeously addressed only results in poor service offering to the customer.
