HORRIBLE OR WAIT NO SERVICE FROM CITY POWER!!!

Yesterday April 18, 2013, somebody from City Power came around and installed a prepaid meter just to find out that the thing that was installed IS NOT WORKING!!! After trying the whole evening to load the units and logging numerous calls to City Power NO assistance. When I called City Power at 02h00am this morning apparently somebody came to replace the meter - HOW was it replaced if the lights are still off??? and at 01h00 am in the morning - HOW SAFE IS THAT???

We have now been without power since yesterday - and it is cold!!!

CAN YOU PLEASE KINDLY ATTEND TO THIS CALL OUT AS WE NEED POWER.

THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST AND NEXT TIME IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CHANGE THE METER CAN WE HAVE PROPER INSTRUCTIONS AND TRAINING MAYBE???
