I registered a company via CIPC website and manually submitted all the relevant documents by registered mail as required. I received an email stating that certified copies of directors and incorporators ID's were not submitted. The system CIPC uses is so antiquated. Seems everything is done manually. How do I prove that the documents were submitted and that someone there didn't misplace it or spill their coffee over it.

I'm so frustrated with their incompetence. This is not the first time I have problems with them. There's no way I'm even going to try and contact the call center because I know I'll be on hold for at least 45 minutes. Correspondence via email is just as painful. I'll only get a reply the next day if I'm lucky, and then the reply might not even address all my queries. So then I have to send another email and wait another day.

How is it that this organisation cannot identify and address these vital problems. Surely they have to realise that their level of service should be prompt and efficient, as their clients are businesses, whose operations are hampered by the slow turn around time of CIPC.
