Highly annoyed and disgusted

Took the train from Sandton to Melboro. When I was supposed to get out the card said invalid and I was told to go to the window where I was given a penalty of R400.00. The fuckern train is R21.00 for crying out loud. When I asked she says I did not swipe my card in Sandton. I asked her so how did I get through she said I followed someone hence I managed to the through. I loaded my card at the station in Sandton and there was no one in front of me. what irritates me mostly is the fact that she says I'm lying. the train and I will never pay the stupid fine, you can go to for all I care. I need someone to call me as I will never use the train in my life. I will not get blacklisted for none sense. You guys have cameras and you better check them. Your service is pathetic and you need to train your stupid staff on customer service
