No Salary for more Than 4 months

Dear Hellopeter,
I would like to pass a complain about the KZN Dept of Education for not paying salaries of Abet educators at Siyanatha based at Mnafu Primary School headed by BI Nzimande, it has been more than 4 months of non-payment from the dept whereas we do not receive any other salary we depend solely on this income which doesn't come for months. We have tired numerous attempts to complain about the issue but the dept is not coming through for us. Please help because we are even behind with our loan repayments now and can't even continue studying at unisa because I do not receive any income now. Please assist. Thank you
