Waiting 4 months for a refund

I defaulted on payment on an account after which the very next month I was handed over yo coombe and than now know as Flemix inc. First of all wen agreed that payment will be made via debit is was done so only to find out three months into the payment process which was debited from my account every month not skipping once that they have obtained a emolument order from my salary. R1100 pm was deducted religously everymonth in Jan 2013 was the last deduction or so I thought, they never refunded any of the balance of january they never send in a stop letter to my salaries dept after I phone them month after month for to be send they are still receiving R1100 rand every month until I begged our salaries dept to stop it with the payed up letter they have issued me but not my salaries dept. I have been phoning, faxing and emailing this comp for over three months trying to get my refund of almost R4000.00 when I was reffered to Morgan the lady directly responsible for refunds she told me its not her problem and that she send a follow up request I told her this is all I have been hearing from you and she said its not her problem as I should have stopped the orfer at my salaries dept.
