Waiting 4 months for one result on system

I have been in contact with dr dicker at unisa for the last year, i wrote my exams and took the copies of my assignments that was handed in to her and i am still waiting for my results on this module, she handed everything over to the exam dept but 4 months later it still doesn't show on my computer. I studied Bed: foundation phase. I had the opportunity to get a permanent position at a school but because of this on module i missed another opportunity, i have experienced many problems with unisa and no one can ever help me. i was told there is nothing more i can do i just have to wait, i waited 4 months now that i don't get a salary because of incompetency at the university. This is a huge problem seeing that i cant pay my medical aid and i am a cancer patient. If i can please be referred to someone that can help me with this matter.
