Payment of salary

I have been in a constant battle with the Department of Education since Feb 2013. I have been appointed as a UTE educator from 2 Feb 2013. Since this time I have not been paid my salary from the department. My documents are still being processed. I reside in Pietermaritzburg and have been to the Pmb branch on numerous occassions to query the delay in my salary payment. I have been advised that the delay in the processing of my documents with the Durban branch. I am seriously frustrated as I have not been paid for the past 3 months and in the meantime I have car payments and rent comittments, and I am not sure where to turn to. This situation is making me extremely stressed and frustrated! Its no wonder educators these days are not motivated, its due to issues like this that cause educators to be so frustrated!!! If this matter is not resolved by this month (May 2013) I will be going to the press!!
