No response from collections dept

My salary was garnish 6 months ago due to non-payment of a loan. I'd like to obtain a statement of account, as according to my calculations, this debt should be paid up. I've sent numerous requests for this, but no-one bothers coming back to me. Can someone please respond and provide a statement for this account?
