Offer a service but cannot deliver!

I subscribed to the Sunday Times for 2 weeks ago. I was promised that a consultant would contact me within 48hrs. A week later still no one had contacted me. After complaining, I was contacted by Colleen Sefatsa who then processed the payment and arranged for the first delivery to be 3rd feb 2013. she even sent me confirmation! My paper did NOT arrive! My subscription includes the daily delivery of The Times newspaper as well - this has also NOT arrived! Why offer a service if you cannot deliver! i bought this subscription as a gift for someone - R700 worth of gift that he never received - how embarrassing! Your service is pathetic. I am better off buying it at the cafe around the corner.
