Failure to arrange for news paper delive

On the 29/06/2013 I was called by the Sunday Times Subscription office, to be offered an opportunity to be a subscriber. I took this offer and gave them all my details and was informed my first paper would be delivered on 26/01/2013 as this would be the day when my subscription would be active. On the 1st day no paper was delivered, I called in to the subscription customer service to inform them of this and they informed me it would be sorted and the distribution area manager would be contacted. This continued for the next week, as I would not receive the paper, and all the manager, Grace, and her staff would tell me is that it would be sorted out and 'prioritized'. The manager has stopped taking my calls and responding to me. I have paid for for this subscription and am an avid reader of Times and the Sunday Times, so this is highly disappointing from the subcscription department to inconvenience me like this when now i have to buy the paper daily because they failing to offer me a service I've paid for.
