CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTANT AT SUNDAY TIMES!

I am so tired of continually contacting Times Media about non-delivery of the Sunday Times (even though they willingly take my monthly subscription) and when complaining on their website and demanding to know the contact person for the distribution of the newspaper, now receive NO PAPER AT ALL - NEITHER ON A SUNDAY OR DURING THE WEEK! With service like this how are you still in business with such deplorable customer relations. I know I am not the only complainant - look at the other 196! It is so disapppointing when one has been a subscriber for over 10 years and in the last 11 months customer relations have gone out the window. Has there been a reshuffle of staff in the Subscription/Delivery departments? If so I suggest you look again.
