My complaints fall on deaf ears

For the last 2-3 months i have not been receiving my Times newspaper
Is the Times daily newspaper still delivered to Sunday times subscribers, because i have not been receiving my times and after calling on several occasions and asking to be called by the area manager i have not yet received any call back
my sunday times are delivered but i dont get my times delivery - do you use 2 separate persons to deliver? or does he forget where my house is during the week
if this persists i will be cancelling my subscription and taking a walk to the corner shop on sunday to buy my pape
