Sunday Times
No delivery of The Times

Hi there,

I have recently bought a special subscription which includes Sunday Times and The Times daily newspaper. I have received a few deliveries of the Sunday edition but not a single delivery has been made of the daily edition (The Times). I have called the call centre on numerous occassions where I was promissed delivery but nothing has happened still.

Why did you market the special if that does not exist? Was this a ploy to get us to subscribe?
