No delivery of paper for three (3) weeks!

I have renewed my subscription in December 2013, with effect from from 22 December 2013 - and paid already fully (annual renewal subscription). As it is a renewal, obviously I received the paper before at the same address.
Each Sunday since then, I have not received my paper, reported it to the Sunday Times and awaited re-delivery or feedback on why it could not be delivered.
The daily paper - The Times - was supposed to commence distribution to all this Monday, 6 January 2014. And nope, I have not received this as well!
I have been in contact with the Sunday Times daily since Monday, 6 January 2014 and was assured by staff and by the Customer Service Team Leader that they are investigating and following up with my Area Manager to resolve this non-delivery.
Today, 9 January 2014 I have still not received my daily paper and still not an explanation as to the non-delivery.
I think it is disappointing, ridiculous and lousy to put it mildly.
I am not even a new customer.
This has to be resolved as I don't see any reason for not receiving my paper as a regular subscriber to the Sunday Times since 2011.
Could the Customer Service Team please address this immediately?
