No delivery since my subscription

What a nitemare. since i subscribed with avusa i havent received any newspaper from them, almost 2 months now.. i called and they promised to deliver yesterday. even today no delivery has been made yet dey a re so quick to debit our accounts. even im not getting any newspaper this coming sunday im escallating this query.
