Forcing other browser installation on users

While browsing the BEELD Newspaper website a box popped up saying there is a newer browser version available and I must install it. The only options was for other browser and not IE 10 that I am using. The box have no cancel or skip button and hey are trying to force people to install other browsers other than Internet Explorer against they will.
