Had a problem changing my password to the site. Logged a complaint through the site. Received several responses quite promptly but not one cared to listen to my issue. Kept telling me to (downgrade) my browser to the latest version of IE. When asked to have the matter escalated to the supervisor... I'm still waiting!!

What a bunch of humanoids. If only you would care to listen. It may just help you deliver slightly better.
