No delivery of newspape

My mother has been receiving delivery of Beeld for years. Beeld contacted her whereby she could suggest people she know for a promotion. Evidently she gave my name. Beeld contacted me to find out if they can deliver to me as well. They could not get my banking details fast enough however when it came to delivery of the newspaper - No newspaper. When I enquired the operator said that they thought that I had been receiving the newspaper for more than a week which was not the case. They said that they would immediately rectify the mistake and I would receive my paper the following day. This morning I still have not received my newspaper. I am very dissapointed in the service delivery as Beeld always reports on bad service delivery but who is behind the door?!
