NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTIO

Hello there,

I registered on [URL Removed] and then bought a trial subscription of the Marie Claire Magazine.

The subscription had an auto renewal option which i tried to untick but was unsuccessful.

So I told myself that I was going to try out the subscription and see if it works for me.

I received, my first and second issue.

I then sent an email requesting a cancellation stating my reasons and request that they cancel my subscription with immediate effect on the 23 April 2013.

I then noticed a few days ago they sent through another copy. I then resent my previous email to Zinio dated the 20th of May 2013 and to date I have not received any confirmation.

My account has now been debited with the full subscription amount in May 2013.

To date I have not received any correspondence from Zinio
